Technical Examination Agent

A company is looking for a Technical Examination Agent.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls and tickets for technical assistance, documenting cases in Cherwell

Provide diagnostic direction to Dealer Technicians until resolution is achieved

Communicate product issues to internal teams and submit resolutions through defined service reporting processes

Required Qualifications :

High School Graduate (bachelor's degree preferred)

Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) within the primary call taking area

At least 3 years of automotive repair experience

2-3 years of experience with Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine

Basic PC software knowledge including Windows and keyboarding skills
