Role Summary : The Integrations Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing tiered support to internal Microsoft employees. They will address technical inquiries, maintain documentation, and enhance troubleshooting efficiency to provide exceptional support and contribute to the growth of the Microsoft Learn platform.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial contact point for internal Microsoft employees seeking technical assistance with their integrations to Microsoft Learn.

Respond to support requests via phone, email, and Teams chat in a timely and professional manner.

Gather relevant information to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues.

Utilize self-service materials to guide employees through solutions on Microsoft Learn.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to Tier 2 support with detailed information and solutions provided.

Experience We Are Looking For to Drive Success

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps.

Minimum 4 years of experience with API request tools, such as cURL or Postman.

Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

Experience working with large language models, including concepts like GPT models and transformer architecture.

Proficiency in writing queries using Keyword Query Language (KQL) or FAST Query Language.

Programming skills in a language supporting HTTP requests, such as JavaScript.

Familiarity with handling JSON-encoded responses returned by APIs.
