Overview

The Solutions Manager – Pickup Logistics is responsible for establishing data and process standards in the pickup operation workflow. This role focuses on frontline process optimization, data analysis, requirement gathering, and supporting the implementation of scalable pickup solutions across business scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data collection, processing, and analysis systems for pickup operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business teams and customers to support the development of sub-domain solutions.
• Provide training, SOP documentation, and operational guidance for frontline pickup teams.
• Collect field feedback, identify workflow bottlenecks, and propose improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with product / tech teams to drive requirement implementation and continuous process optimization.
• Ensure pickup SOP consistency across stations and support the overall improvement of pickup performance.
