Job Overview :
ABC is currently seeking a Program Manager who will serve as a confident leader and strategic driver for our patented digital service platform, Service Acceptance .
The Program Manager will act as the company-wide program owner and subject matter expert, responsible not only for defining the program vision, roadmap, and features, but also for driving alignment, removing roadblocks, and ensuring successful adoption across the entire organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership, to champion the program from concept through launch and continuous improvement. This role requires strong communication skills, decisiveness, and the ability to lead through influence.
This position is hybrid remote, located in Seattle, WA.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Leadership & Development
- Serve as the primary program leader and decision-maker
- Develop, own, and clearly communicate the program vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Define, prioritize, and manage program features and enhancements based on business impact and customer needs
- Identify, anticipate, and proactively remove organizational and technical roadblocks to keep the program moving forward
- Create and maintain detailed program documentation, including requirements, user stories, workflows, and wireframes
- Translate complex legal, compliance, and operational needs into clear, actionable program requirements
- Act as the voice of the program across the company, ensuring alignment from frontline teams to executive stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Train and support internal teams and customers to drive program adoption and successPartner with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure program features meet regulatory and industry standardsWork with Marketing and Sales to define go-to-market strategies, program positioning, and messagingInsights, Metrics & Continuous Improvement
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunitiesMonitor program performance using key metrics and customer insightsUse data, user feedback, and business outcomes to continuously iterate and improve the programSkills and Qualifications :
2-3 years' experience in product / program management or a closely related roleStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex ideas to diverse audiencesExperience with CRM platforms or enterprise software preferredProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, IT, Compliance, and Account ManagementDemonstrated problem-solving skills and experience managing competing prioritiesExperience navigating ambiguity and driving progress in complex, regulated environmentsComfort owning outcomes and being accountable for program success company-wideWe know that a company's success starts with its employees.
