Job Overview :

Responsible for scheduling patient's Infusion appointments and diagnostic testing. Collection of payments when due. Works closely with physician's secretary and nurse to ensure appropriate scheduling of patients. Must be able to multitask phones calls, scheduling, and interacting with patients. Customer service skills a must.

Qualifications : Required :

• Bilingual Spanish
• Multiple telephone line experience and good telephone etiquette
• Ability to communicate with patients, staff, and community members, both in person and on the telephone
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
