Production Supervisor

IHI Power Services, Inc. is searching for a Production Supervisor at our new processing facility in Carlsbad, CA! The salary range is $74,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day shop floor personnel and activities.
• Promotes and trains employees on consistent and proactive safety.
• Follows good manufacturing practices to ensure Quality metrics are met.
• Participates developing Standard Operating Procedures
• Leads, assists, motivates, and evaluates shift employees in daily operations, problem resolution, and promotes a culture of continuous improvement.
• Trains employees in executing proper company policies and procedures.
• Works with Production Manager to ensure shift goals are met. Executes production plan.
• Communicates with the Maintenance team and Control Room Operators
• Responsible for the following KPI’s : Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Workplace Organization
• Responsible for shop floor Cleanliness and housekeeping.
• All other duties and projects as assigned.
• Assists Production Manager with Planning and Inventory Control
