Job Introduction
Join the Sprouts Farmers Market team as a Customer Service Operations Manager! In this dynamic role, you will enhance customer satisfaction by inspiring and motivating a team dedicated to delivering superior service in a fast-paced and friendly environment. You will lead front-end operations and take charge of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Your leadership will drive store sales, team member recruitment, engagement, and retention.

- Communicate standards and expectations effectively to team members.
- Plan and execute Team Member appreciation programs and recognition events.
- Organize hiring events, manage interviews, and build a talent pipeline with the support of the Region Talent Advisor Specialist.
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance development for hourly team members, handling discipline and evaluations.
- Celebrate store successes while identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Oversee cashiers, courtesy clerks, and in-store shoppers to maintain operational efficiency.
- Lead front-end operations, ensuring compliance with cash handling and accounting practices.
- Facilitate open discussions addressing team member concerns and conflicts.
- Support career development conversations and internal mobility across the organization.
- Ensure effective communication of sales promotions to cashier teams for optimal execution.
- Provide constructive feedback for continued communication and collaboration within the team.
- Ensure proper signage is posted throughout the store to meet compliance and promotional needs.
- Implement company programs aimed at enhancing store profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of responsibility, including merchandise displays.
- Assist with ordering, stocking, and displaying merchandise while honoring code dates.
- Monitor product labeling and pricing accuracy, staying informed on current promotions.
- Report temperature issues regarding storage areas and equipment promptly.
- Address emergencies and resolve issues as they arise with confidence.
- Adopt a flexible approach to perform other relevant duties as needed.
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old.A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business management or related field is preferred.Proven experience in leading operational aspects of a store, including profit and loss management, safety, training, and merchandising.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of using bookkeeping and human resources software.Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks related to merchandise management.Regularly push and pull heavy racks and carts as part of daily operations.Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods in a store environment.Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment while on duty.Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $36.00 per hour, determined based on experience and qualifications.
