Schedule: Full-Time | Morning and Weekend Availability Required

Salary Estimate: $18.00/hour
Location: Madison, WI

Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay for every guest in the heart of Madison.
Located just steps from the Capitol and minutes from UW–Madison, Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is a vibrant hub for art, culture, and community. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and care.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly within assigned time standards
• Change bed linens, dust furniture, clean mirrors, and sanitize bathrooms and vanity areas
• Vacuum carpets and maintain cleaning equipment daily
• Restock housekeeping carts and closets with supplies as needed
• Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost and found items to your supervisor
• Follow all safety, key control, and uniform policies
• Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignments
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude while working in guest areas

What You Bring

• A positive attitude and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shift
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred—but not required
• Commitment to creating a warm, welcoming environment for all guests
