We are currently seeking passionate, creative Prep Cooks who are looking to perfect their craft and provide our customers with a memorable experience in our restaurant, specific to our salad bar, while experiencing their own personal growth in an ideal working environment. At Hoss's, our focus is not only on the well being of our customers, but also our employees!

Job Description :

• Knowing menus and products and preparing food according to standards
• Reading recipes, guest orders, etc.
• Using standard kitchen appliances and utensils
• Maintaining proper sanitation control of products
• Operating in a fast paced, team environment
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed
