Salesforce Administrator
Location : San Jose, California
Schedule : Monday–Thursday in office; Friday remote
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support and enhance our Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and empowering our teams with effective tools and insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and recommend system enhancements to optimize workflow efficiency.
Customize, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform based on evolving business needs.
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure effective access control.
Maintain data integrity through imports, exports, cleansing, and ongoing data management.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce system issues to ensure seamless daily operations.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for actionable insights.
Provide user training, support, and guidance to drive strong adoption and proficiency.
Document configurations, customizations, and processes to support consistency and future maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders-to support successful implementations and integrations.
Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of Salesforce standard / custom objects, data modeling, and security.
Proficiency with automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
Experience in data analysis, mapping, and migration within Salesforce.
Ability to document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sales and marketing processes (preferred).
Familiarity with Salesforce Ecommerce, Salesforce Dot, and ServiceMax (a plus).
