Urgent Hiring : Highly Skilled Commercial Account Executive

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate service and replacement opportunities for the commercial service and replacement departments
  • Attend BOMA and other networking meetings
  • Develop new clients by actively calling on potential new accounts
  • Perform a sufficient number of cold calls to fill up the pipeline
  • Perform equipment surveys to ensure a proper inventory of the equipment, filters, and belts to produce a proposal
  • Provide Preventative Maintenance proposals for new accounts and update current agreements
  • Provide proper and thorough oral and written communication to the PM Manager to accomplish a professional and efficient maintenance agreement program. This includes equipment, filters and belt count. It also includes time estimates for each maintenance agreement
  • Attend scheduled Education and Training sessions
  • Follow up with customers on account collections as necessary
  • Assist as needed in estimating and selling heating and air conditioning components and complete systems in the commercial upgrade / replacement market
  • Respond to client inquiries for commercial business
  • Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma required
  • Commercial HVAC experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated and results-oriented mindset
