CNA / PCA Needed for Per Diem / PRN Case Starting Immediately - Durham

BrightStar Care of Midtown Raleigh has an immediate need for CNA's and PCA's for New Cases in the Durham area. We are looking for the best of the best! If you pass our rigorous hiring and screening process, you will join the number 1 home care agency in the triangle area. This position requires Hoyer Lift experience. Job Requirements

• A positive and professional attitude and a great personality
• Provide companion and personal care to clients
• Document plan of care requirements and time and attendance
• Input shift availability at least 2 weeks in advance
• Start shift on-time and complete all plan of care tasks
• Notify the Director of Nursing of client changes or concerns
• Provide a safe environment and promote quality care through adherence to established policies, procedures and standards
• Respond rapidly and appropriately in an emergency situation
• Use equipment properly and in a safe manner (Hoyer Lift Experience Required)
