PPG Aerospace is seeking a Quality Control Technician at our site in Avon, MA!

Pay : $24.00 hourly

Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm, OT and weekends as needed!

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow established procedures and guidelines to check, test, and inspect raw materials, goods in process, and finished goods.
• Be involved in physical inspection and / or testing of raw materials as well as in process and finished goods. Tests conducted may include visual, dimensional, etc.
• Keen observation in attention to detail, good record keeping through quality records.Attention to detail is crucial.
• Calibration of Equipment, housekeeping and disposing of material and product.
• Following specifications, SOPs and industry standards for inspection of parts.
• Crafting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Upholding safety standards for the team, and this includes wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following safety guidelines.
• Time management and recognition of work efficiency.
