Mobile Engineering Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Mobile Engineering Operations Specialist to provide operational support for its Mobile Engineering service line.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide operational support and guidance to the mobile engineering team, ensuring compliance with client requirements and corporate policies

Oversee internal controls for work order scheduling, communication protocols, and dispatch coordination

Track, analyze, and report on operational metrics, compliance areas, and support financial reviews

Qualifications :

Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience in Facilities Management or related operations

Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) with system administration experience

Preferred background in HVAC and / or electrical systems

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Smartsheet

Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
