The Department of Revenue is actively seeking an engaging and results-driven Systems Change Communications Manager to join our innovative Office of Communications. We are looking for a dedicated professional to champion the people side of change across the organization. This critical role focuses on guiding employees through transitions involving new business processes, systems, and technology. You will be the force that drives adoption and ensures proficiency among our employees for all major organizational updates.

Key responsibilities include :

• Partner with the Executive Director's Office, Communications team, and Human Resources to provide essential change management support
• Develop and deploy comprehensive change management strategies and communications plans for updates to our systems and processes
• Collaborate regularly with Communications, HR, and diverse teams to introduce and educate staff on effective Change Management strategies and best practices
• Create and implement robust plans designed to drive adoption and proficiency with changes that impact DOR employees
• Focus on the human element of change, addressing impacts related to new business processes, technology, and systems

Conditions of employment with the CDOR : Employees are in a position of public trust in the performance of their job duties and must operate in a manner that maintains the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and public confidence. As a condition of employment with the CDOR, all personnel must file all necessary Colorado Individual Income Tax (CIIT) returns and pay tax obligations, therefore all employees must undergo a pre-employment evaluation of their tax records / accounts to ensure compliance with this policy. Final candidates must also complete a successful background investigation and reference check prior to appointment. Certain positions based on duties may require scheduled background investigations.
