Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Lead Product Designer - Crypto - this is a fully remote role for candidates based in US / Europe / Dubai / LATAM as long as they can overlap 5 hrs with the EST timezone. Salary range : 150-200K USD yearly plus benefits.

We are the yield engine for the crypto economy, a unified layer that connects capital to the best risk-adjusted yield across DeFi. It’s the last vault you’ll ever need. We continuously reallocate assets across DeFi to maximize yield. You deposit and we do the rest.

We are backed by Paradigm, Haun, Hack VC, Solana and Circle and built by the exponential.fi team.

As Lead Product Designer, you will shape the design of the next generation of products. You will build extraordinary experiences that consistently surprise and delight customers. This role is ideal if you thrive in a high ambiguity fast paced environment.

This role is fully remote.

5+ years of experience designing and shipping crypto or fintech products

You are customer obsessed and deeply empathise with the user

You are well rounded and can own UX, visual and brand design

Your deliver incredible designs fast and iterate quickly

Your own design problems end-to-end from initial research through shipping
