About the Role

Beal Law Firm (BLF) a trusted and established Family Law firm with over 33 years serving the DFW metroplex is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of Texas Family Law experience . This position is ideal for an attorney who wants to grow in a professional supportive environment with strong systems well-developed processes and the opportunity to work directly with senior attorneys including a Board Certified Family Law Specialist.

This is an in-office full-time position designed for attorneys who value collaboration mentorship and consistent professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Help in the management of divorce custody support modification and enforcement matters.
• Conduct and assist in client meetings hearings mediations and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings motions discovery settlement documents and correspondence.
• Communicate with clients consistently and professionally.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to move cases efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the firms case management systems.
• Meet billable target of 27 hours per week with an expectation of a minimum 40-hour in-office workweek to support collaboration training and consistency.
