Job Description :

• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders translating complex technical concepts into clear business language to ensure alignment between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by leading discussions with developers architects and infrastructure teams to deliver projects on time within scope and aligned with business goals.
• Analyze project data and assess solution strategies determining when to build custom applications modernize legacy systems or integrate off-the-shelf software based on feasibility and business impact.
• Lead and mentor teams through full project lifecycles promoting best practices driving timely delivery and supporting the professional development of junior Business Analysts.
