Production Planner

The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring optimal product availability and 95+% service levels through effective inventory management, proactive communication, and seamless coordination across functions. This role supports the execution of production plans aligned with customer demand, while balancing inventory targets and operational efficiency. The planner acts as a key liaison between the plant - manufacturing, quality, logistics - customer service and sales teams to drive performance and resolve issues impacting service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short and mid-term production plans to meet service and inventory targets.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to address risks, delays, or changes in demand
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve constraints and optimize factory output.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and supply chain processes.

Compensation Data
