As a key member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in guiding our software development lifecycle from conception to production. You’ll lead critical initiatives, ensuring our solutions are not only technically sound but also align seamlessly with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Your contributions will directly enhance our product offerings, streamline operations, and elevate the user experience for millions.

• Primary Duties :
• Lead the development and delivery of software products through QA, UAT, and into Production environments.
• Champion Agile software development practices, managing day-to-day team activities.
• Collaborate extensively with product owners and key stakeholders across various departments to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and product owners to provide accurate development sizing and cost analysis estimates.
• Drive story decomposition, feature design, and task prioritization alongside product owners and team members.
• Implement and advocate for automated software testing tools and frameworks, including test-driven development, to uphold rigorous quality standards.
• Support critical integration efforts for single sign-on (SSO) solutions, connecting systems both internally and externally.
• Assist in release assembly and continuous improvement of the release process.
• Actively identify and resolve roadblocks for team members in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
• Ensure seamless coordination of individual team deliverables to achieve successful product releases.
• Proactively identify technology risks and establish robust mitigation plans.
• Conduct periodic reviews and code quality improvement sessions with development teams, emphasizing requirements specification and design methodologies.
• Prototype, validate, and create specific application solutions that address evolving business needs.
• Provide hands-on development and dedicated mentoring to foster the growth of other team members.
• Generate essential project artifacts, including Software Architecture documentation, Technical Use Cases, and Code Review Packages.
• What You’ll Bring (Must-Have Qualifications) :
• Technical Mastery :
• Proven proficiency in building robust server-side applications and APIs using C# and .NET Technologies.
• Architectural Acumen :
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions for high availability, high throughput, and high scalability applications.
• API Expertise :
• Strong track record in developing and managing REST and SOAP-based Web Service APIs within transaction processing environments.
• Leadership & Mentorship :
• Minimum of 8+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in a team leadership capacity, including providing guidance and direction to junior team members.
• Agile Advocate :
• Thorough understanding and practical experience with Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Design & Patterns :
• Expertise in object-oriented analysis, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), design patterns, development, implementation, and maintenance.
• Problem Solver :
• Self-motivated, creative, and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
• Educational Foundation :
• BS / BA / MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Quality Champion :
• A desire and passion for producing usable and scalable software using advanced development technologies.
• Standards & Guidelines :
• Good understanding of the latest System Architecture and Development Standards and Guidelines.
• What Will Set You Apart (Nice-to-Have Qualifications) :
• Hands-on experience with SAML and OAuth solutions.
• Familiarity with online security for user authentication.
