We are seeking a mid-level associate with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience to join our thriving business group. The groups practice focuses on strategic transactions and financings for companies at all stages of the growth cycle in a broad range of industries as well as general corporate representation including complex commercial contracting and corporate governance.

Compensation range : $260000 to $390000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
