Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of HR infrastructure, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes and technology
Manage HR compliance obligations and oversee audits related to employee data and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and ten years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of five years of experience with Workday
Strong HRIS expertise and comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and compliance standards
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience in government contracting or a highly regulated industry is preferred
