¡Buscamos un técnico de mantenimiento de propiedades para unirse a nuestro equipo!

Realizará tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en varias propiedades administradas en el sur de Florida.

Responsabilidades :

  • Gestionar el mantenimiento y la resolución de problemas de todas las propiedades asignadas.
  • Establecer comunicación con los proveedores y coordinar visitas y reparaciones.
  • Atender las necesidades de los inquilinos según el cronograma de citas.
  • Mantener un registro detallado y un cronograma del trabajo realizado y del trabajo próximo a realizarse.
  • Mantener y organizar la documentación del departamento.
  • Realizar todas las reparaciones o tareas de mayor complejidad según sea necesario.

Salario : $40,000-$45,000 anuales + Prestaciones completas

Horario matutino : De lunes a viernes. Disponibilidad para trabajar algunos fines de semana si es necesario.

Lugar de trabajo : Fort Lauderdale (zona centro)

Requisitos :

  • Es indispensable tener una actitud positiva. (¡La actitud lo es todo!)
  • Experiencia previa en mantenimiento y reparación de propiedades a gran escala.
  • Experiencia previa trabajando en un equipo de mantenimiento.
  • Experiencia o certificación en climatización (HVAC), electricidad, fontanería y construcción.
  • Capacidad para priorizar y realizar varias tareas simultáneamente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Gran atención al detalle.
  • Sólidas habilidades organizativas.
