Mason Health, a top critical-access hospital in the Puget Sound, seeks a Family Medicine Physician to join their rapidly expanding team in Shelton, Washington (WA).

Mason Health is known industry-wide as one of the top rural hospitals in the region. We put patients first and provide quality medical care to assist the individuals of our community to restore and preserve their health.

  • Outpatient only with 4-day week
  • Joining 30 other primary care providers
  • Average of 16-18 patients per day
  • Option to pick up inpatient shifts, but not required
  • J1 and H1B visa sponsorship

Compensation :

  • Base salary of $303,368
  • Sign-on bonus of $45,000
  • Student loan repayment up to $125,000 (options for Canadian loans as well)
  • Residency stipend options
  • Recruitment package up to $473,368
  • Benefits package with health, dental, and vision insurance, 280 hours of PTO, CME Stipend of 5K annually, 2 Retirement plans and 1 pension plan available with 8% match
