Estamos buscando Cocineros de Línea apasionados y disciplinados para los Servicios de Cena que se unan a nuestro equipo y trabajen bajo un chef reconocido, en un entorno donde los ingredientes, la técnica, la pasión y la colaboración genuina se unen en cada plato.

Calificaciones deseadas :

  • Capacidad para entender y hablar “Kitchen English” es requerida
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como Cocinero de Línea, preferiblemente en un restaurante de inspiración italiana
  • Capacidad y disposición para recibir instrucciones, aprender y desarrollarse dentro de la industria
  • Comprensión de salsas clásicas, técnicas de cocina y cortes con cuchillo
  • Capacidad para gestionar una estación desde la preparación hasta el servicio
  • Puntual, trabajador y confiable
