    The Company is seeking a VP, AI Enablement to lead the strategic development and implementation of innovative product technology approaches, with a focus on generative AI, to enhance the educational experience for students and instructors. This high-impact role involves identifying and capitalizing on strategic opportunities in the market, working closely with senior leaders to drive transformation in the education marketplace, and ensuring the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive AI strategy, conducting financial analyses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into educational products. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of AI and innovation technologies, particularly in the context of the education technology landscape. Applicants for the VP, AI Enablement position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' leadership experience in product management and technology, with a total of 15 years in the field. A proven track record of delivering successful products to market, experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams are required. The role demands a leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can effectively analyze data, market trends, and customer needs to drive decision-making and resource allocation.
