A mission-oriented, independently operated health system is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to work in Trafalgar, IN 40 minutes northwest of Columbus

Benefits : Family Medicine Physician

  • Base salary $235k-$250k + Bonus Potential up to $330k with RVU bonus

  • Position is open due to a retiring physician
  • 4 Day workweek
  • 17-22 patients per day but can be more if desired
  • Joining a team of 4 (1 NP, 1 FM, 1 Peds, and 1 Behavioral)
  • Weekday call 1 : 12, weekend call once every 3 months call is very light on call days
  • Providers desiring to do procedures are welcome
  • Teaching opportunity if desired (extra income). Medical students, residents, NP / PA academic options.
