Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and provide support to various departments
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure efficient access to documents
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing timely responses and direction to appropriate personnel
- Assist in the organization and execution of company events and team-building activities
- Perform data entry and maintain databases to track project progress and key performance indicators
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholdersStrong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasksAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environmentFamiliarity with office machinery, such as printers, scanners, and telecommunication systemsBachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not requiredBenefits
