Overview
Under a minimal level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for the Paycor General Ledger product. Ensures good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with Paychex policies and procedures. Proactively educates and informs clients, and initiates improvements based on client feedback. The specialist will possess extensive knowledge of payroll, accounting, and general ledgers to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction and ultimately retention.

Four-year degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $17.00-28.00 / hr. This range includes base pay but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards
