Job Responsibilities Include :
- Preparing and / or reviewing complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
- Conducting tax research and preparing clear, accurate technical memorandums
- Participating in client tax planning, strategy, and compliance initiatives
- Managing and prioritizing multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
- Communicating proactively with clients to strengthen relationships and deliver exceptional service
- For senior-level talent : leading engagements, mentoring junior staff, and managing review workflows
