Associate Transaction Manager

Why We Have This Role

Our corporate offices and many global sites rely on effective lease management to ensure the spaces we work in support our growing business. This role focuses on managing smaller lease transactionslike flex workspace and standalone leasesand handling the details of negotiating terms working with brokers and landlords and managing documentation. Youll collaborate closely with legal teams finance and business units to get deals done keep critical dates on track and help make sure our leased spaces meet evolving company needs. Your work will impact how smoothly our real estate transactions run both domestically and internationally.

How Youll Find Success

• Comfortable managing smaller lease transactions independently from negotiation through execution
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to handle documentation critical dates and lease administration
• Good financial acumen with experience in financial modeling rent accounting or FP&A background
• Strong communication and polished executive presence to engage senior leaders and external partners
• Able to work cross-functionally with legal brokers finance and business units globally
• Negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms in flex and traditional real estate markets
• Experience or interest in international commercial real estate transactions is a plus

For full-time positions this pay range is for base per year; however base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location job-related knowledge education skills and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
