This full-service small animal hospital is known for its commitment to exceptional patient care, strong community ties, and a collaborative work culture. The Medical Director will play a key leadership role while maintaining clinical responsibilities, offering the perfect balance of medicine and management.

Position Overview

The Medical Director will :

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to associate veterinarians and veterinary staff
• Deliver high-quality medical care including wellness, diagnostics, surgery, and preventative services
• Oversee implementation of medical protocols, ensure compliance, and drive quality improvement
• Perform surgeries, dental procedures, and advanced diagnostics as needed
• Partner with hospital administration on strategic goals, staffing, and operational performance
