About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Advancement to lead and implement the fundraising and development strategy. This high-impact leadership role is pivotal in advancing the school's mission, which is focused on providing a career-oriented, college-preparatory education in the Catholic tradition to students with limited economic resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating donor relationships, securing financial support, and overseeing all advancement activities. This includes leading donor prospecting, stewardship, and the planning and execution of various fundraising events. The role also involves managing donor databases, collaborating with the school leadership and Board of Directors, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards in fundraising.

The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree or CFRE certification preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
