We are seeking a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in New Mexico, starting Jan 5, 2026. This position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with 8am-5pm day shifts. The ideal candidate will provide behavioral health care for children and adults in a rural health setting.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide behavioral health services (bread and butter psychiatry) to both pediatric and adult patientsPrescribe medications for children and adults (no suboxone)Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams in a rural health FQHC environmentMaintain accurate and timely patient recordsAdhere to all clinical protocols and standards of careAdditional Information
Experience in rural health FQHC settings is highly valuedMust have active New Mexico licenseRequired board certification in PsychiatryBasic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredBenefits
