What you'll do

Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Specialist! In this role, you will use an ERP system to run reports, send out invoices, as well as upload invoices into customer portals, and prepare and track the daily shipment report matrix. You will be responsible for billing customers in a fast-paced environment. Billing includes month-end activities as well as supporting billing requests throughout the month. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure accuracy to perform billing activities within tight deadlines. This role also has a strong emphasis in collections. You will work directly with customers and internal business areas to reconcile accounts. You will be assigned to specific accounts and will be responsible for customer collections by tracking all disputed invoices for visibility and reporting purposes. You will use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to respond to email inquiries and phone calls in a high-volume environment.

The day-to-day

• Preparing daily shipment reports and managing the shipment matrix
• Sending out / uploading customer invoices daily
• Processing billing throughout the month as well as month-end billing within tight deadlines
• Collections of assigned customers
• Ad-hoc projects as needed

Salary range

$49,000.00 - $77,500.00 / annually.

For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $61,000.00- $91,000.00 / annually
