[job_card.job_description]Proven success in leading a team of resources in a high paced environment to meet simultaneous critical deliverables Working knowledge of Agile methodology and software testing strategies Working knowledge of ISO framework for Product Design & Development Processes for cloud application services and / or software security standards (ISO, NIST, OWASP, etc.) Hands-on experience with audit preparation and running audit sessions for FDA, ISO and / or Security audits Ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately for all levels and audiences
This role ensures standardization and compliance across IT product design, development, testing, implementation, security, and operations for the Customer Systems & Innovations portfolio. It also supports regulatory documentation and audits (FDA, ISO, HITRUST).
Key Responsibilities
- Advise leadership on IT governance, security, and QA policies to meet regulatory and internal standards.
- Oversee compliance with product design and development processes; identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as SME for audits and quality systems (FDA, ISO, MDSAP, HITRUST).
- Own and manage tools like Jira, Confluence, and qTest; ensure upgrades and workflow standardization.
- Define KPIs and metrics for design, development, and testing processes.
- Drive process improvements and manage change across teams.
- Partner with PMO for alignment and efficiency.
- Lead security compliance efforts for HITRUST-certified systems.
