Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver the best candidates. Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure an exceptional experience for clients and candidates. Collaborate with a driven, supportive team that celebrates wins together. 5+ years of professional staffing or recruiting experience, ideally with recent IT recruiting. A strong communicator who builds trust easily. Goal-driven, resilient, and naturally competitive, you love to win. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Quick to understand new technologies, concepts, and market trends. Motivated by being rewarded directly for performance.
