Position : RN-OB GYN (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-OB GYN for a 13-week contract in Lima, Ohio — earn up to ($2111 - $2223 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to OB GYN patients in a clinical setting.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.

Engage in performance measurement and goal-setting for personal accountability.

Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.

Adhere to safety and infection control protocols in all patient interactions.

Evaluate and improve nursing practices based on patient outcomes and feedback.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Assist in the coordination of care with other healthcare providers.

Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and team members.

Support the implementation of new healthcare initiatives and protocols.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in Ohio with OB GYN specialty certification.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in OB GYN nursing.

Proven track record of achieving performance targets and goals.

Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Proficient in patient education on health management and wellness.

Experience in monitoring and documenting patient care outcomes.

Understanding of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.

Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate patient records.

Ability to adapt to new healthcare initiatives and protocols.
