Position – Machine Operator-Paper Converting

Job Location – Green Bay, WI

Employment Term – Regular, Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – Days (6 : 00am-6 : 00pm), Nights (6 : 00pm-6 : 00am), 2-2-3 schedule (not rotating), Flexible schedule available – 8, 10, 12-hour shifts,

Starting Pay – Starting at $, based on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma / GED

Required Experience – At least 1 year of experience

As a machine operator you will be expected to be a team player and help where needed to include operating, setup, and tear down of machines; packaging; cleaning duties; and any other labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up or operate and adjust any of the following : rewinding / folding, slitting, banding, blowing, wrapping, packing, or stacking
• Ensure that the machine is meeting efficiency requirements
• Package products to specifications
• Perform quality checks, communicate, and correct where necessary
• Some cleaning is expected
• Communicates well and can adapt to varying work conditions
