A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate II - Outbound.
Key Responsibilities
Reaches out to members and / or providers for educational or informational purposes
Escalates calls when providers are unable to deliver solutions
Documents information for quality and performance tracking through CRM applications
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience required
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
Experience in a contact center environment preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
