As a Litigation Paralegal supporting our attorneys and senior paralegals, you'll be on the front lines of healthcare litigation and risk management. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Mastering the Litigation Lifecycle : Assisting with all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigations to complex discovery matters.
• Critical Coordination : Serving as the essential link between our legal team, external counsel, and crucial internal departments (Risk Management, Compliance, HR) to ensure effective case management.
• Information Governance : Efficiently managing medical records requests for company facilities and responding to inquiries from outside agencies.
• Risk Oversight : Playing a key role in maintaining the Risk Management scorecard and assisting with other corporate legal matters like contracts and insurance renewals.
