Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Temporary / Long Term / Full Time Data Entry Specialist to join our Records Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highly accurate and efficient processing of client records to meet daily production goals. This position is a temporary assignment with the potential to transition into a regular role based on business need and performance. You will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring for the benefit of our customers and each other.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will :

• Process and input data : accurately key in a large volume of record numbers and associated data into the system, leveraging your 10-key proficiency and experience to meet a minimum daily production goal.
• Support records management : collaborate with team members to sort, scan, and categorize files, and create labels to ensure all client records are efficiently managed and correctly labeled for storage or retrieval.
• Ensure compliance and quality : maintain meticulous attention to detail and adhere to strict deadlines while upholding all organizational standards for data entry accuracy and client records handling.

Rate : $16.64-$17.00 per hour. DOE

Shifts : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (typically).

Location : Onsite at our facility Houston Facility.

Note : As this is a temporary position, benefits and paid time off will not be offered. After an offer is accepted, all applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
