Job Description

A well-established commercial construction company in the Fort Worth market is positioned for its next phase of growth - with a clear objective to double the business over the next five years . The reputation, team, and operational strength are already in place. What's needed now is the right Director of Business Development to help drive that momentum.

This role sits at the center of the company's growth strategy. You'll work closely with ownership and senior leadership to expand market presence, open new doors, and convert opportunity into long-term success.

This is a growth role - not a maintenance role.

  • Base salary of $140,000+ , plus performance-based bonuses
