Job Summary :

The Meat Clerk is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service, maintaining the meat department's presentation, and assisting with inventory and stocking.

Essential Functions of the Position :

• Greet and assist customers in selecting meat products.
• Prepare ground meat using a meat grinder.
• Package and label meat products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the meat department.
• Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Assist with inventory counts and ordering supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
