Come join our awesome team as an LPN- Med room specific at the Senior Community Care of Jefferson County PACE.

• This position will work at both centers in Louisville.

Senior Community Care of Jefferson County is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.

Job Highlights :

NetSpend option : 50% of wages after payday

Pay : $27-$32 based on experience. Schedule : Monday- Friday with occasional weekends

About the job :

The LPN is responsible for the effective management and provision participant medications provided via the PACE medication department. Administers medications, implements primary care orders, and evaluates participant needs physically and / or by telephone. Provides education to Senior CommUnity Care participant and caregiver in regards to plan of care and medications. Communicates with participant’s primary care givers, physician, clinic staff and interdisciplinary team.
