Customer Success Representative

Astronics-PECO located in picturesque Clackamas Oregon near the foothills of Mt. Hood designs certifies manufactures and sells a wide range of products to commercial government and military markets throughout the world. Our highly engineered interior and structural aerospace products are supplied to the largest aircraft manufacturers and are installed in aircraft around the globe and our military products are used in critical national defense applications. The Max-Viz enhanced visions systems (EVS) are designed and certified for use as an improvement to safety by a vast array of airplanes helicopters and unmanned-aerial-vehicles in the commercial government and military marketplace. PECO-Controls are well established temperature control devices designed for applications where high quality is a must such as the hospitality industry commercial cooking and other critical applications.

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative to support our Aerospace team.

If you are a highly organized multi-tasking communicator this maybe the role for you. To be the most successful you will have a high level of attention to detail enjoy data entry and be able to work in cross functional teams. You will need to be able to keep yourself on task as well as take direction from leadership.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

• Accurately process orders for merchandise received by mail telephone or E-mail or personally from customer or sales team into computer system.
• Handle inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.
• Maintain open communication with customers such as Boeing Airbus and Embraer.
• Inform customer of unit prices shipping dates anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer.
• Maintain computer data system with correct ship dates.
• Communicate with engineering planning / materials warehouse and production floor to insure timely completion of work orders.
• Coordinate with engineering to assure timely execution of product development.
• Coordinate as appropriate quality matters and engineering changes between company and customer.
• Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management.
• Determine the quickest most effective ways to answer a customers questions and requests.
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
