Location : Hybrid (Onsite during training, then hybrid)

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Enjoy summer hours!)

Key Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain and update financial records and general ledger entries
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes
