Senior Proposal Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager - Writing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage robust proposals, ensuring effective coordination and presentation

Collaborate with Account Directors and SMEs to oversee the proposal development process

Mentor junior proposal writers and lead process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Minimum five years' experience in CRO / pharmaceutical business development or as a Proposal Manager - Writing

Bachelor's degree; master's or PhD preferred in Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing

Comprehensive understanding of the proposal development process and operational requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organizational skills
