Job Description

Designs By Sundown has openings for Pool, Spa, & Water Feature Technicians. Full time with overtime available with extra pay for snow removal. Benefits include take-home vehicle, work phone, and excellent benefits package. Training and education opportunities are consistently offered to help advance career. Technicians own their own workspace and operate independently. Flexible schedules are possible. Technicians have an opportunity to make a difference with water conservation and management as we service high-end residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pools, spas and water features for estates and commercial properties.
• Activate and winterize pools, spas and water features.
• Repair and maintain pumps, motors and supply lines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
• Prepare and present small proposals.
• Help manage and lead technicians.
• Maintain a current and clean MVR

Attributes

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Customer service
• Punctual
• One-year experience in the pool/spa, pond, and/or water feature industries
• Sales Experience
• Leadership Skills

Experience

• Pond maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• Water feature: 1 year (Preferred)
• Pool maintenance: 1 year (Required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
