Material Damage Specialist

A company is looking for a Material Damage Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Review claim estimates and photographs for accuracy using CCC estimate review tools

Negotiate repair costs with repair shops and prepare estimates using CCC estimating software

Collaborate with the Claims team to resolve damage-related escalations and conduct virtual repair quality reviews

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of claims experience or comparable shop work experience with classic, modern luxury, or exotic vehicles

High level of automotive technical proficiency and willingness to continue training

Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley regulations, if applicable

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel

Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain confidential information
